3D Design

JP (Jalak Putih) Silver Casting provides a dedicated product development service to transform client ideas into unique jewelry pieces. Our experienced team of designers, craftsmen, and technical specialists works closely with customers to develop and refine their design concepts. Using advanced computer-aided design (CAD) technology, we create detailed digital illustrations and visual prototypes before the production process begins. This allows clients to clearly visualize the final result of their jewelry design. Throughout the development stage, we provide regular updates so clients can review the progress and ensure every detail matches their expectations. Our goal is to bring every design idea to life with precision, creativity, and exceptional craftsmanship.

Prototype Wax

The jewelry creation process begins with the development of a prototype. One of the common techniques used is wax carving, where the design is carefully shaped into a wax model. At JP (Jalak Putih), our skilled in-house wax carving artisans transform client design ideas and concepts into detailed wax prototypes. Once the wax model is completed, it can be processed through the lost-wax casting technique to produce a metal version of the design. After casting, the piece is carefully cleaned and refined. For custom or one-of-a-kind jewelry, the piece will continue directly to the assembly and finishing stage. However, if the design is intended for mass production, a mold will first be created to ensure consistent replication of the jewelry piece.

3D Print Product

JP (Jalak Putih) Silver Casting offers 3D printing services that allow customers to create highly accurate prototypes for their jewelry designs. With this technology, complex shapes, intricate details, and hollow structures can be produced with exceptional precision. 3D printing also enables designers and clients to visualize and evaluate the design before moving to the production stage. It helps estimate the approximate weight of the final piece and ensures the design meets the desired specifications. Because of its accuracy and efficiency, 3D printing has become an important tool in modern jewelry design, helping designers develop innovative and detailed products before the casting process begins.

Sample Making

QC and Measuring

Sample making plays a crucial role in the jewelry production process. Before moving into large-scale production, we strongly recommend creating a sample to ensure the design meets expectations. By producing a sample, both the designer and the client can examine the product directly and assess its appearance, proportions, and overall quality. This stage also allows any necessary adjustments to be made before the final production begins. Through proper sampling and evaluation, the product can be refined to achieve the best possible result and increase its potential success in the market.

Molding

Molding is an important step in jewelry production as it allows pieces to be replicated efficiently while maintaining consistent quality. JP (Jalak Putih) Silver Casting offers two molding methods: rubber molding and silicone moldingRubber molds are typically used for metal master models such as silver, copper, or brass. Meanwhile, silicone molds are more suitable for masters made from softer materials like wax, clay, or resin. Our experienced molding technicians carefully create each mold to ensure it is durable, flexible, and reusable. This process enables the production of multiple identical pieces with precision and consistency.

Lost-wax casting, also known as cire perdue, is a traditional metal casting technique where molten metal is poured into a mold formed from a wax model. Once the wax is removed, the cavity left behind is filled with metal to create the final piece. When carried out with the correct procedures, this method allows the production of jewelry with complex details, smooth surfaces, and consistent quality, even in larger quantities within a relatively efficient time. At JP (Jalak Putih) Silver Casting, our team carefully manages every stage of the casting process to ensure it follows the proper standards. This commitment enables us to produce casting pieces with high precision and excellent quality.
