Sketch
Everything begins with an idea translated into a sketch. This stage serves as the foundation to define the shape, size, and overall concept of the jewelry design. A sketch acts as the first visual language between designer and artisan, ensuring every detail of the idea is well understood before moving into production.
3D Model
From the sketch, the design is developed into a 3D digital model using specialized software. This model provides a precise representation of proportions, details, and textures. With the 3D model, clients can visualize their design more clearly before moving forward in the process.
3D Print
This stage transforms the digital model into a tangible form using 3D printing technology. The process produces an accurate replica of the design with fine details, making it a valuable reference for production or design verification before casting.
Wax Carving
In addition to 3D printing, jewelry models can also be created through traditional hand wax carving by skilled artisans. This method allows for artistic touches and unique details that machines cannot fully replicate, resulting in pieces with a more personal character.
Mold Making
Once the model is ready, a mold is created using silicone or rubber. This mold allows the design to be accurately reproduced, especially for larger production runs. This stage is essential in ensuring consistency and quality across every piece.
Wax Injection
The mold is then filled with liquid wax, which solidifies to form a replica of the design. This wax injection process is crucial as it ensures that every detail of the design is perfectly captured before moving into the metal casting stage.
Casting
The wax model is processed through casting, where precious metals such as silver or gold are melted and poured into the mold. As the wax burns out, the molten metal fills the cavity, forming the jewelry piece exactly as designed. This stage is the heart of the jewelry-making process.
Finishing
Once the metal has been formed, the jewelry undergoes cleaning, polishing, and refining to bring out its brilliance. At this stage, every small detail is carefully attended to, ensuring the final result is flawless, elegant, and ready to wear.
Laser Engraving
As an optional final touch, additional details or personalization can be added using laser engraving technology. This technique delivers high-precision engravings, perfect for initials, logos, or unique patterns that add exclusivity and value.
